摘要: We demonstrate the measurement of cell migration coefficients defined in a constitutive flux expression first proposed by Keller and Segel: random motility coefficient, μ, Chemotaxis χ. Discussion begins with more recent derivations leading to refined expressions defining μ Cell density profiles obtained for leukocytes linear under-agarose assay are then examined consistency theoretical predictions based on derived Alt, yielding values χ which can be interpreted terms fundamental movement parameters using theory.
