摘要: The treatment of turbulence closure in atmospheric models is examined the context dry convective boundary layer (CBL) and eddy-diffusivity/mass-flux (EDMF) approach. EDMF approach implemented into a model called TAPM to use coupled two-equation prognostic mass-flux represent CBL. This work also extends range variables that can be derived from component uses these along with their values scheme provide total fields used compare data and/or feed other components TAPM, including those needed drive Eulerian Lagrangian air pollution dispersion modules. Model results are presented for afternoon simulated summer day compared both laboratory field observations mixed-layer scaled framework. show works well within good predictions mean fields, upper levels has several attractive features, potential one unify moist convection models.
