摘要: Plastic, fully screen-printed, disposable pH sensors based on ruthenium dioxide are described. Application of thick-film technology resulted in cheap and highly reproducible fabrication the sensors. The electrodes enable fast selective measurements, with good sensitivity, acidic neutral range pH. possibility monitoring changes caused by enzymatic processes make them useful as transducers pH-based biosensors. Moreover, surface carbon doped offer a support for enzyme adsorption. These immobilised acetylcholinesterase can be used determination some inhibitors. biosensors easy detection carbofuran at sub-ppb level. Only few minutes required pesticide determination, including biosensor incubation sample. Other anticholinesterase active substances, which belong to group carbamates phosphoorganic compounds might determined similar way
