摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine perceptions Build‐Own‐Operate Transfer (BOOT) schemes in order develop a framework critical success factors (CSF).Design/methodology/approach Success are identified from relevant literature and project specific CSF produced with key issues discussed. Discussion focuses on case study current Australian BOOT project, the Sydney SuperDome.Findings SuperDome proving be an example how both government private industry attempting meet Australia's need for infrastructure new millennium. had streamline finance process participants appetite risk that exceeded other tenderers.
