摘要: Advances in molecular biology and neuroimaging have provided a unique opportunity to explore the relationships between genes, brain, behavior. In this review, we will briefly outline rationale for studying genetic effects on brain function with neuroimaging. We then use studies of genetically driven variation serotonin transporter corticolimbic structure highlight effectiveness strategy delineate biological pathways mechanisms by which individual differences emerge potentially bias behavior risk psychiatric illness. series studies, relatively frequent regulatory variant human gene (5-HTTLPR) has been demonstrated reactivity amygdala salient environmental cues.
