摘要: Mediante morfologia, se llevo a cabo la identificacion de cepa nativa A. niger AL01. Se evaluo produccion acido citrico en diferentes medios cultivo: un medio estandar usando como base sacarosa y almidon. diseno experimental concentraciones, variando las cantidades almidon nitrato amonio dos factores tres niveles cada uno. La AL01 produjo bajas de acido (1,113 g/l 0,209 almidon) comparadas con reportadas literatura.
