摘要: The ability to adsorb zearalenone by five strain of lactic acid bacteria was evaluated: four strains Lactobacillus spp. isolated from pig rectal swabs and one commercial (Lactobacillus rhamnosus). Several factors affecting the adsorption capacity were evaluated in order improve mycotoxin bacteria. stability zearalenone-bacteria complex analyzed. In every case, bacterial higher than 40.0%. showing highest (68.2%) selected for following steps this research. percentages obtained after processing 6.5 7.5mL MRS broth 57.40%+3.53 64.46%+0.76, respectively. successively rinsing. first rinsing step 42.26%+0.414 still bound. second 25.12%+0.664 bound, whereas 15.82%+0.675 remained pellet third rinse. Results demonstrated that Lactic Acid Bacteria has zearalenone. Finally increased using a volume initial broth. These results could be used design new lyophilized powder detoxification, as potential adsorbents.
