摘要: The ability to adsorb zearalenone by five strain of lactic acid bacteria was evaluated: four strains Lactobacillus spp. isolated from pig rectal swabs and one commercial (Lactobacillus rhamnosus). Several factors affecting the adsorption capacity were evaluated in order improve mycotoxin bacteria. stability zearalenone-bacteria complex analyzed. These results could be used design new lyophilized powder detoxification, as potential adsorbents.
