摘要: A set of representative consumer surveys shows that in the Netherlands unauthorized file sharing music has declined substantially between 2008 and 2012. It decreased slightly for games, but almost doubled films TV series. Overall, dropped from 38% to 27% population. The empirical evidence presented supports hypothesis adequate legal services downloading streaming helped reduce sharing, whereas a lack good digital audiovisual made consumers turn illegal alternatives.
