Advances in clinical studies of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

摘要: DATA SOURCES: Original articles about cardiac arrest and CPR from MEDLINE (PubMed) relevant journals were searched, most of them clinical randomized controlled trials (RCTs). RESULTS: Forty-two on methods techniques reviewed, including chest compression conventional CPR, depth speed, defibrillation strategies priority, mechanical manual compression, advanced airway management, impedance threshold device (ITD) active compression-decompression (ACD) epinephrine use, therapeutic hypothermia. The results studies related issues described in the international guidelines had been testifi ed. CONCLUSIONS: Although large multicenter are still difficult to carry out, progress has made past 4 years CPR. this review provide evidences for updating 2015 guidelines.
