摘要: ABSTRACT:Urban restructuring is changing the face of many Western European cities. Old, relatively cheap dwellings are being demolished and replaced by new, more expensive ones. The spatial effects this process have been extensively studied, but little known about residents who forced to relocate so that their can be or updated. We therefore studied how satisfied movers with current housing situation, what factors contribute this. Using data from four Dutch cities, we found most displaced were quite new neighborhoods. However, those low incomes ethnic minority groups less homes explain lower level neighborhood satisfaction fact they move desirable neighborhoods—for example, neighborhoods higher concentrations minorities.
