摘要: The endothelial cells (ECs) form a semipermeable barrier between the blood and tissue. An important function of endothelium is to maintain integrity vessel wall. Ca(2+) signaling in ECs plays key role maintaining integrity. Transient receptor potential canonical (TRPC) channels are mammalian homologs Drosophila TRP Ca(2+)-permeable expressed EC. TRPC thought as entry channel operated by store-depletion well receptor-activated variety cell types, including ECs. Inflammatory mediators such thrombin, histamine, bradykinin, others increase permeability actin polymerization-dependent EC rounding formation inter-endothelial gaps, process critically dependent on cytosolic [Ca(2+)] ([Ca(2+)](i)). Increase depends both intracellular release extracellular through channels. This review summarizes recent findings mechanism ECs, and, particular, regulating function.
