Preparation of triazole compounds via click chemistry reaction and formation of the protective self-assembled membrane against copper corrosion

摘要: Abstract The triazole inhibitors of 2-(1-tosyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-ethanol (TTE) and 2-(1-tosyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-propan-2-ol (TTP) were synthesized via the click chemistry reaction. Self-assembling technique was used to form self-assembled membrane (SAM) TTE TTP on copper surface. electrochemical measurement results indicate that film can strongly suppress corrosion in 3 wt.% NaCl solution inhibition efficiency are 89.4% 93.1%, respectively. shows better performance than TTE. Polarization curves show predominantly retard anodic process quantum chemical calculations molecule dynamics (MD) simulations reveal formation SAM surface is mainly achieved by adsorption ring O atoms at horizontal orientation.
