摘要: Entwicklungsstorungen des Metanephros konnen zu einer ein- oder beidseitigen Nierenhypoplasie -dysplasie fuhren (Bernstein 1992; Watkins et al. 1999; Tabelle 17-1). Diese Storungen sind angeboren, aber nur selten hereditar. Beide gelegentlich mit einem Fehlbildungssyndrom assoziiert (s. Kap. 18). Bei der ist die Anzahl Nephrone und evtl. deren Grose reduziert, Struktur primar nicht verandert. Nierendysplasie hingegen Nierenentwicklung qualitativ gestort findet man haufig gleichzeitig andere angeborene Urogenitalapparates. kommen kombiniert vor.
