摘要: Abstract The deformation behaviors of as-sintered CNT/Al-Cu composites were investigated by isothermal compression tests performed in the temperature range 300−550 °C and strain rate 0.001−10 s−1 with Gleeble 3500 thermal simulator system. Processing maps based on dynamic material model (DMM) established at strains 0.1−0.6, microstructures before after hot characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), backscatter diffraction (EBSD) high-resolution transmission (HRTEM). results show that has a significant influence processing maps, optimum domains are temperatures 375−425 rates 0.4−10 525−550 0.02−10 when is 0.6. An inhomogeneous distribution large particles, as well high density tangled dislocations, dislocation walls, some sub-grains appears low rates, which correspond to instability domain. A homogeneous fine particles recrystallization generates deformed 400 550 under 10 s−1, stability domains.
