摘要: Solid dispersions are one of the most promising strategies to enhance solubility poorly water soluble drugs because they easier produce and more applicable. They show many advantages such as reducing particle size drug, improving wettability dissolvability, converting crystalline structure drug amorphous form. The solid can also be classifi ed into three generations based on composition formulation i.e. fi rst generation (using carriers: urea, mannitol), second polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) third surfactant or amphiphilic polymer Gelucire®, Poloxamer®, Soluplus®). There different methods prepare melting fusion method, solvent evaporation method melting-solvent method. Nowadays, have been developed in manufacturing process solve drawback initial hot melt extrusion, MeltrexTM, spray dry, freeze dry. Thus, review article presents an overview defi nition dispersion, disadvantages, cation according type carrier including preparation evaluation dispersions.
