摘要: The main focus of this paper is the complex 'storylines' justifying transport infrastructure policy. We use term 'discourse network' to describe specific set storylines and arguments that coordinate action in a particular policy domain. 'knots' network are related discursive threads argument, 'nodes' institutional structures binding people together, sometimes places, for close communication.
