摘要: Inspecting how robustly and safely the roads are built in order to develop better methods for both design quality control of materials is an important task road engineering. In this research we studied potential full-wave model Lambot et al. 2004 far-field ground-penetrating radar (GPR) configuration retrieve physical electromagnetic properties road, including asphalt subbase layers. Two different GPR systems, namely, stepped frequency impulse systems were used collect data along a 50 m long transect. Accurate positioning was performed using dGPS survey wheel. Both sets processed inversion time domain focusing on reflections. Comparison results from showed good agreement between them. addition, that compacted zone leads compaction feature influenced retrieved parameters. The proposed processing method demonstrated strong be quantitative inspection.
