摘要: Background and objective:  Genetic background may influence susceptibility pulmonary tuberculosis. The evidence for an association between the P2X7 receptor A1513C polymorphism to tuberculosis remains inconclusive. In order provide a more precise estimate of this association, meta-analysis was performed. Methods:  Databases, including PUBMED, OVID, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, EBSCO EMBASE were searched publications that met inclusion criteria. A fixed effect model used pooled OR with 95% CI polymorphism. chi-squared-based Q-test test heterogeneity hypothesis. Begg's Egger's check publication bias. Results:  Six published case–control studies investigated in 2525 subjects included meta-analysis. hypothesis did not reveal any heterogeneity. detect obvious bias among studies. This indicated there no significant (AC vs AA model: 1.12, CI: 0.93–1.35; CC 1.45, 0.92–2.28; AC + 1.15, 0.96–1.13; 1.42, 0.90–2.23). Conclusions:  six involving suggested A1531C is associated
