摘要: An electron microscope study of a number preparations human corpora lutea from the first phases differentiation primitive luteal cell to its gradual involution have yielded following results: morphological changes that take space in course growth and are characterized by presence cytoplasm more vesicles smooth endoplasmic reticulum; also appearance villus-shaped “cristae” mitochondria, matrix which there may sometimes be discerned an amorphous material with different electronic density; lipid droplets lysosomes during secretory activity. Subsequently, involutive phase, vacuolization reticulum becomes pronounced formation myelinic figures, rupture external membranes mitochondria increase lipids, autophagic vacuoles polymorphous lysosomes.
