PENGARUH SINBIOTIK PADA ANAK DENGAN DIARE AKUT DI RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO

摘要: Abstract: Diarrhea is one of the most frequent diseases babies and children in world. many efforts were made to improve absorption function small intestine, providing a combination probiotics (live microorganisms) prebiotics (substrate), which known as synbiotic, synbiotic vivo studies are still very few, especially its handling non-infectious acute diarrhea not yet. This study was aimed investigate effect for children. an randomized clinical trial double blind 40 aged 1-14 years department Pediatric, Prof. dr. R. D. Kandou Manado General Hospital. Subjects randomly allocated into 2 groups, control group. Based on sample study. More men (62.5%) than women (37.5%). Age group 1-5 largest age with 22 patients. There no significant differences between treatment groups (sinbiotik) 2.9 days (SB 0.64) controls 3.2 0.61) p = 0.138. conclusion  in shortening long who treated R.D general hospital. Abstrak: Diare merupakan salah satu penyakit yang paling sering mengenai bayi dan anak di dunia. banyak usaha dilakukan untuk memperbaiki fungsi absorbsi usus halus, satunya dengan pemberian kombinasi antara probiotik (mikroorganisme hidup) prebiotik (substrat) dikenal istilah sinbiotik, penelitian tentang sinbiotik secara invivo masih sangat sedikit, terkhusus penanganan terhadap diare akut non infeksi belum ada. Tujuan ini mengetahui pengaruh pada akut. Jenis adalah uji klinis acak terkontrol buta ganda berumur tahun RSUP Prof.dr.R.D dibagi menjadi kelompok kontrol. Hasil didapatkan sampel penelitian. Laki-laki lebih (62,5%) dari perempuan (37,5%). Kelompok umur 1 – 5 terbanyak yaitu pasien. Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna perlakuan 2,9 hari 0,64) kontrol 3,2 0,61) 0,138. Kesimpulan menunjukan tidak dalam mempersingkat lama dirawat Manado. Kata Kunci: akut, diare.
