Model of the assessment of the critical risk of extinction and the priorities of protection of endangered aquatic species at the national level

摘要: In the period 1995–2006, biodiversity of aquatic habitats in area Serbia was explored, with aim to identify endangered species macroalgae, macroinvertebratae and fishes. During work a data base formed (Aquatic Ecosystems Diversity Serbia, AEDSer), containing from exploring ecosystems since 1860. Based on base, classification made into categories endangerment based IUCN criteria. The following noted: (1) global category assigned often is not identical national status endangerment; (2) that are given at level do have same realistic risk extinction all their habitats. This remark imposed need for model assessing critical determining priorities protection level. Two characters were used develop model: determine degree ecological specialisation circumstances habitat; suggesting factors system: “HIPPO” spatial time dimension. possibility apply tested 10 belonging different (macroalgae 2, macroinvertebrates 7, fishes 1 species). points determined and, way, needing urgent conservation or isolated. suggested can contribute more efficient defining priorities.
