摘要: PURPOSE This study investigates the pre- and posttreatment morphology of mucosa around immediately loaded implants in edentulous maxilla. MATERIALS AND METHODS Implants were placed maxillae; impressions obtained. The resulting casts digitalized into 3-dimensional images, images superimposed. width height maxillary alveolar process measured at central interproximal implant sites a vertical section superimposed holograms. For statistical analysis, Delta value (d) was defined as difference between for all measurements. RESULTS Sixty-seven Straumann 9 patients restored with provisional fixed restorations analyzed. An increase measurement observed after treatment. Width increased both (1.51 +/- 1.16 mm, P < .001) sections (1.02 1.21 .001). Mean d found to be decreased (-1.21 1.67 = .012) (-0.72 1.68 .098). DISCUSSION CONCLUSION Clinically, it has been that placement an immediate affects peri-implant tissue according its emergence profile. result treatment wider contour soft tissue, located more apical position than original mucosal level. most coronal part papilla-like would nearest level before scalloped configuration obtained consistent along rehabilitated arch. Statistically significant dimensional changes loading approach.
