摘要: A novel material, namely, Fe-containing lithium-metal triphosphate (LiM2P3O10; MFe), has been synthesized by wet-chemical method. The phase shows the monoclinic structure (P21/m≡C22h). crystal chemistry and chemical structural characteristics have analyzed X-ray-diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM). Surface composition, valence state, bonding local analysis performed photoelectron (XPS) Raman scattering (RS) spectroscopy. EDS HAADF-STEM indicate homogeneity purity of LiFe2P3O10 samples. Both XPS RS experiments show existence an amorphous carbon deposit at surface particles. Comparison between results for LiFePO4 olivine revealed change in binding energy Fe(II) ions.
