摘要: We study the sublimation sequence of silicate dust in inner solar system and show that only metal oxides survive at small distances from Sun, while silicon sublimates moderate temperatures. Consideration laboratory studies showing generation Si nanocrystals suggests their conditions do not resemble those system. conclude it is reasonable to suggest presence nanoparticles vicinity Sun.
