摘要: Sustained conservation of species requires integration future climate change effects, but few tools exist to assist managers. The System for Assessing Vulnerability Species (SAVS) identifies the relative vulnerability or resilience vertebrate change. Designed managers, SAVS is an easily applied tool that uses a questionnaire 22 predictive criteria create scores. user scores species' attributes relating potential associated with projections their region. Six are produced: overall score denoting level resilience, four categorical (habitat, physiology, phenology, and biotic interactions) indicating source vulnerability, uncertainty score, which reflects confidence in predicted response. provides framework integrating new information into assessment process.
