摘要: Release of harmful organic intermediates or byproducts during the manufacture petrochemical compounds is a serious problem in plants. In this work, polysulfone membranes blended with GO/TiO2 nanocomposite were synthesized by phase inversion method and coated polyamide layer formed interfacial polymerization to prepare thin-film composite (TFC) sample. Analysis characterization sample carried out XRD, FE-SEM, BET, FTIR/ATR, AFM, TGA, zeta potential. Results indicated that incorporation into membrane structure enhanced porosity, surface roughness, macrovoid formation along cross-section sublayer permeability membrane. The TFC applied remove mononitrotoluene (MNT) dinitrotoluene (DNT) as basic toluene diisocyanate (TDI). demonstrated high efficiency (> 90%) for removal MNT DNT according charge exclusion mechanism Donnan effect. Application treatment wastewater TDI plant showed pollutants variable range 45–65% 53–69% highest flux rejection different transmembrane pressure, respectively.
