摘要: The reported beneficial effects of boron on mineralized tissues in animals and humans vary. Thus, a study was performed to assess whether the variability result different forms supplementation, method increased adiposity rabbit experimental model. Thirty-one female New Zealand White rabbits, (aged 8 months, 2-2.5 kg weight) were fed grain-based high energy diet containing 11.76 MJ/kg (2850 kcal/kg) 3.88 mg boron/kg. rabbits randomly divided into four treatment groups: Control group not supplemented with (n:7; C), three groups 30 boron/L drinking water borax decahydrate (Na2O4B7 10H2O, n:10; BD), anhydrous (Na2O4B7, n:7; Bah) or boric acid (H2BO3, BA). Cone beam micro computed tomographic (micro-CT), histological elemental analysis used evaluate bones/teeth. Results experiments demonstrated that supplementation had tissue but varied type treatment. Mineral density femur by Bah BA treatments (p < 0.001), only mineral tibia = 0.015). In incisor teeth, dentin all enamel BD treatments. found concentration femur. tibia, both decreased iron concentration, magnesium concentration. Sodium zinc concentrations did significantly affect calcium, copper, molybdenum, potassium phosphorus, sulfur concentrations. findings show can have an animal model adiposity, which is inflammatory stress. However, this effect varies form supplemented, examined.
