摘要: We present here a scanning photocurrent microscopy study of individual graphene nanoribbons, revealing pronounced responses close to the nanoribbon/metal contacts. The magnitude corresponding signal was found be directly proportional conductance devices, suggesting that local voltage source is generated at interface by photo-thermoelectric Seebeck effect. dominance this mechanism attributed reduced thermal conduction capability nanoribbons in comparison extended sheets.
