摘要: Dibutyryl cyclic AMP (dBcAMP) is known to induce maturation and differentiation in astrocytes. As myo-inositol an important osmoregulator astrocytes, we examined the effects of biochemical on kinetic properties transport. Treatment astrocytes with dBcAMP significantly decreased Vmax uptake, but effect Km was not significant. The content cells treated for 5 days as compared untreated controls. Maximum suppression uptake occurred 7 after exposure dBcAMP; this gradually reversible when removed from medium. After hypertonic medium 6 h, mRNA expression co-transporter diminished by approximately 36% cells. It appears that transporters are either number or inactivated during differentiation, suggesting stage factor osmoregulation.
