摘要: Abstract: Photodynamic therapy (PDT) using light combined with the administration of a sensitizing agent is local treatment modality that discussed in this chapter for treating malignant and premalignant lesions skin as well recurrent prostate cancer. Superficial interstitial delivery modalities are discussed. The different sensitizers sources mentioned, all parameters to be taken into account optimized photodynamic outcome.
