摘要: The response of skeletal muscle to unaccustomed eccentric exercise has been studied widely, yet it is incompletely understood. This review intended provide an up-to-date overview our understanding how responds actions, with particular emphasis on the underlying molecular and cellular mechanisms damage recovery. begins by addressing question whether actions result in physical fibers and/or connective tissue. We next symptomatic manifestations (i.e., indirect markers, such as delayed onset soreness), their relatively poorly understood underpinnings. then highlight factors that potentially modify following exercise. Finally, we explore utility using training improve function populations healthy aging individuals, well those living neuromuscular disorders.
