摘要: The lactose operon of Escherichia coli has been a valuable tool for studying protein-nucleic acid interactions and correlations. Work in this laboratory is concerned not only with gene protein correlations, but also structure-function relationships evolution proteins. emphasis on lac proteins, particular β-galactosidase.
