Novel epitheliomesenchymal biphasic stomach tumour (gastroblastoma) in a 9-year-old: morphological, usltrastructural and immunohistochemical findings

摘要: Gastroblastoma is a rare gastric epitheliomesenchymal biphasic tumour composed of spindle and epithelial cells, reported by Miettinen et al in series three cases 2009. On immunohistochemistry, expressed cytokeratin, was positive for vimentin CD10. designated these neoplasms as gastroblastomas based on their similarities with childhood blastomas such pleuropulmonary blastoma nephroblastoma. This report describes probable fourth case this unique type neoplasm. The present antrum 9-year-old boy. While were evident cases, there some differences. more predominant showed mature morphology.
