摘要: The computational environment for estimation of unknown regional electrical conductivities the human head, based on realistic geometry from segmented MRI up to 2563 resolution, is described. A finite difference alternating direction implicit (ADI) algorithm, parallelized using OpenMP, used solve forward problem describing field distribution throughout head given known sources. simplex search in multi-dimensional parameter space tissue conducted parallel a distributed system heterogeneous resources. theoretical and formulation presented. Results test studies are provided, comparing retrieved solutions simulation. Performance statistics also showing both scaling performance dynamics search.
