摘要: The total area of foliage per unit land can be estimated from the number contacts with made by point quadrats inclined at appropriate angles, and distribution this foiiage height above ground recording heights which occur. These estimates, unlike those based on vertical horizontal quadrats, are not depressed variability in angle (inclination to horizontal). comparing numbers two different but estimate is less satisfactory than one quadrats.
