摘要: The objective of this commentary is to propose fruitful research directions built upon the reciprocal interplay social media and collective intelligence. We focus on “wicked problems” – a class problems that Introne et al. (Kunstl. Intell. 27:45–52, 2013) call “problems for which no single computational formulation problem sufficient, different stakeholders do not even agree what really is, there are right or wrong answers, only answers better worse from points view”. argue information systems in particular can aid designing appropriate due benefits derived combined perspectives both document relevance timeliness intelligence business engineering, pinpoint needed functionality wicked problems, describe related challenges, highlight prospective suitable methods tackle those review examples initial results.
