摘要: This examination was intended to investigate total flavonoid content (TFC), phenolic (TPC) and antioxidant activity of some extracts (methanolic, ethanolic aqueous) lemongrass. The extract with the highest TFC, TPC utilized at various concentrations (0.2 0.4%) as a natural source antioxidants impede oxidation soybean oil through storage 63 °C for 20 days. (ET-lemongrass) had higher than other Regarding oxidative stability oil, results demonstrated significant increase in acid value (AV), thiobarbituric (TBA) level peroxide (PV). However, iodine (IV) markedly lower untreated sample samples treated (synthetic natural). In addition, ET-lemongrass (0.4%) displayed very strong antioxidative activity, which relatively equal that synthetic (TBHQ) (ascorbic quercetin).
