摘要: Abstract Aqueous solution of potassium lysinate has been characterized through CO2 solubility, density, viscosity and corrosion rate measurements in order to investigate the possible use this amino acid for absorption. The equilibrium solubility 0.5, 1.5 2.5 mol dm−3 (M) solutions were measured experimentally with a stirred batch reactor at partial pressure ranging from 0 45 kPa (low pressures) temperatures between 298 313 K. results gas are presented as loading capacity (mole CO2/mole lysinate) function pressure. Obtained data showed that decreases increase concentration temperature. densities viscosities determined same conditions measurement. Corrosion tests also on carbon steel concentrations but 308 K. It was observed when molar increases.
