摘要: Abstract Graphene Oxide-Tin Dioxide-Titanium Dioxide (GO-SnO2-TiO2) ternary nanocomposite were synthesized via solvothermal route and used for acetone vapor detection in the lower concentration range as diabetes mellitus patient’s breath. The morphology composition of GO-SnO2-TiO2 characterized by Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Transmission (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). gas sensing properties film investigated under various operating temperature, optimal working temperature 200 °C was determined. sensor exhibits superior performance toward 0.25 ppm to 30 ppm compared GO-SnO2, GO-TiO2 binary counterparts. mechanism proposed attributed good synergistic effect between materials, including high availability oxygen vacant facets special interactions at SnO2-TiO2 heterojunction. experimented indicate that prepared composite is an excellent candidate selective breath low temperature.
