摘要: Nature of charge carriers in organic molecular crystals In (OMC) the domination properties over crystalline ones, caused by weakness van der Waals intermolecular interaction, leads to a marked tendency carrier localization at room temperature on individual molecules crystal [1, 2, 3]. During typical residence time τ h , anthracene (Ac) type crystals, localized manages polarize electronic and nuclear subsystems surrounding lattice. As result such manyelectron interaction emerges as heavy polaron quasi-particle, viz. electronic, molecular, some specific cases lattice [3].
