摘要: Fission yeast was treated with the anti-microtubule agent, thiabendazole. Cytoplasmic microtubules broke down a half-time of less than 10 minutes followed closely by unstacking Golgi cisternae. The final product appeared to be single No other organelle seemed affected this treatment, which completely reversible. nda3 mutant strain has an altered beta-tubulin and its cytoplasmic are resistant in cold-sensitive unaffected treatment at permissive temperature but unstacked non-permissive even absence Taken together these data show that disruption microtubular network can cause dissociation Newly synthesised acid phosphatase transported secreted same extent kinetics whether or not unstacked. possible role stacking lack effect on secretion discussed.
