摘要: An analysis of four areas the cerebral cortex, from pia to white matter, in presenile dementia, demonstrated a substantial and constant neuron loss 57% all areas. In contrast with normal ageing, this cell is not continuous over whole cortex. It maximal lower cortical half. The conclusion was drawn that dementia form early ageing. Dementia seems be related change interspatial arrangement efferent afferent elements most integrative part cortex (layers II III) shows resistance destruction.
