摘要: The AC conductivity of doped poly(o-methoxyaniline) (POMA) films, at temperatures between 4.2 and 298 K has been measured. For low frequencies the real part conductivity, /spl sigma/(/spl omega/) is frequency-independent, above a critical angular frequency gamma/ it obeys an equation form omega/)/spl prop//spl omega//sup s/. Both DC sigma//sub 0/ omega/ increases with temperature, however exponential factor s temperature-independent quantity was also observed that 10/sup 5/ Hz, tends to plateau. A nomadic polarization model quasi-one-dimensional solids used fit experimental results. Values for bulk mobility, carrier density transition rate intermolecular charge transfer were estimated.
