摘要: The effect of high cadmium concentrations in soil (10; 20 and 30 mg.kg -1 as CdCl 2 ) on the uptake (Cd), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), copper (Cu) lead (Pb) selected growth parameters two chamomile cultivars [Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert], diploid 'Novbona' tetraploid Lutea' was studied. Application Cd to (30 resulted a decrease root biomass by 13 %, shoots 12 15 height plants 18 % number anthodia per plant cultivar 40 %. High concentration caused stronger inhibition cv. 'Novbona'. Addition higher accumulation all parts. Comparison between showed values Novbona'. No necroses were found during cultivation plants. did not affect content macronutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) roots aerial parts both cultivars. only significant increase N detected Zn diploids remained stable while that tetraploids increased with an concentration. Contents Pb Cu affected. However, very analysed chamomile. varied 16.2 38.58 μg.g dry matter.
