摘要: We have employed Raman spectroscopy in order to study the mechanism of significantly increased ferroelectric phase transition temperatures proton-irradiated K(H1−x Dx)2PO4 crystals. Prominent changes occurred asymmetric stretching vibration mode frequency D2PO4 molecules crystals, thus stating role lattice coupled H/D.
