摘要: When talking about energy efficiency at global scale, buildings are the cornerstone in terms of power consumption and CO2 emissions. New communication paradigms, such as Internet Things, can improve way sensors actuators accessed smart buildings. Following this approach, we present an subsystem integrated with a building automation solution that makes most consumed, considering user preferences, environmental conditions, presence/identity occupants. Through three-stage approach based on behavior-centred mechanisms, system is able to propose concrete settings devices cope comfort restrictions. The proposal has been implemented deployed building. A set tests validates when users correctly located identified service points, first experimental stages already reflect saves heating cooling 20%.
