摘要: A detailed kinetic study of the hydration CO 2 and dehydration HCO 3 - was performed in absence presence a model Zn(II) complex for carbonic anhydrase. The 1,5,9-triazacyclododecane ([12]aneN ) found to catalyze both . pH dependence two reactions clearly demonstrates that it is only hydroxo form catalyzes reaction via uptake by coordinated hydroxide, whereas aqua ligand substitution process
