摘要: Abstract Among 330 vibration-exposed workers, 24 cases of hypothenar hammer syndrome in 29 hands were diagnosed by arteriography. The right hand was involved 13, the left six, and both five cases. mean age 55 years, duration vibration exposure 19.4 episodic Raynaud's phenomenon 6.4 years. vascular lesions ulnar arteries classified into three major types with subtypes. Type 1: stenosis superficial palmar arch around hook hamate. 2a: occlusion 2b: deep arches 3a: artery at proximal part wrist. 3b: near wrist dorsal carpal branch artery.
