摘要: States of depressive disorder occur frequently in the course schizophrenic diseases and are very complex syndromes as regards their etiology, phenomenology, clinical prognosis. There is some controversy about to what extent an increase can be established following introduction neuroleptics whether they any significance for various pathogenetic factors. Individual authors proceed from different theoretical concepts emphasize difficulties diagnostic differentiation anxiety syndromes, dysphoria, sedation, chronic residual states, akinesia.
