摘要: During the last years, development of electric propulsion systems is pushed strongly, most notably for automotive applications. For ground based transportation, system mass relevant, but relatively low importance. The paper addresses application in aeronautics, where all are much more constrained by their mass. After comparing different architectures focus cast on energy storage problem and here especially battery systems. Using first order principles limitations required technology developments demonstrated introducing powered to small medium sized aircraft.
